Subprocessors

To run NGM Hub, NGEM Corp (“NGM”, “we”) uses other companies. When one of them processes Customer Data on our behalf, it is a “subprocessor”. Each one may use Customer Data only to provide its service to us. How we handle your data is described in section 4 of our Terms of Service.

Core subprocessors

These process Customer Data to provide the service. Some only receive data when you use the feature they power (for example, ElevenLabs only when you use agent voice).

• Render — Hosting for the application and its servers. Location: United States.
• Supabase — Main database and file storage. Location: United States.
• Cloudflare — File storage (R2), backups and bot protection on sign-up and sign-in forms. Location: Global network.
• Hostinger — Server for account sign-in and billing records (accounts.ngmanagements.com). Location: United States.
• Google (Firebase) — Push notifications to your browser and devices. Location: United States.
• Stripe — Subscription payments and billing. Location: United States.
• Resend — Email sent by the service (invitations, notifications, password resets). Location: United States.
• BoldSign — Electronic signatures on contracts and documents you send for signing. Location: United States.
• OpenAI — AI models behind our agents and AI features. Location: United States.
• ElevenLabs — Agent voice: read-aloud and live voice. Location: United States.
• Twilio — Text messages (SMS) sent by the service. Location: United States.
• Google Maps Platform — Turning project addresses into map locations and calculating mileage. Location: United States.
• RentCast — Property and rental comparables in the Development module, from the addresses you look up. Location: United States.

Integrations you choose to connect

These are only active if someone in your organization connects them. Once connected, the data you choose to share goes between NGM Hub and that service, under that service's own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

• QuickBooks (Intuit) — Sync accounting records with your QuickBooks company.
• Plaid — Connect business bank and card accounts to Books (see section 9 of our Privacy Policy).
• Google Calendar — Sync events with the Google Calendar you connect.
• Google and Apple sign-in — Sign in with your Google or Apple account instead of a password.
• Telegram — Talk to our agents and receive notifications in Telegram.
• Stripe (your account) — Collect payments from your own clients through invoice links.
• TinyMDM — Manage your company tablets.
• AI assistants you connect (for example, Claude or ChatGPT) — Let your own AI assistant read and act in your account through our connector.

Changes to this list

When we add a new subprocessor that processes Customer Data, we update this page and notify account Owners by email before it starts. The date at the top shows the last change.
